WHAT IS A COLOR GLOW RUN?
Color runs and glow runs are a great way to get outside, maybe train a little or even an easy way to claim that you're a "runner." Getting garbed up in some fantastic glow items (available for sale at the race) and then getting covered in fluorescent, totally safe color powder (extra powder will be on sale) makes for some perfect photos, too.
The 5K Color Glow Run will begin with an explosion of color powder to kick off the race. Volunteers have set up themed experiences at glow stations for you to run through along the course. At each kilometer mark, there will be color splash spots where you can add a different color to your body by running through or bypassing the color throwers if you don't want to get "splashed."

PRE-SALE AND RACE DAY REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration and packet pickup begins at noon on Friday, September 23 in Whiteside Park. New registrants may register and pick up their packets between 12:00 pm and 5:45 pm on race day for an additional $5.

ROUTE INFORMATION
The Northern Lights Clubhouse's 5K COLOR Glow Run is a fun and festive evening event for all ages, from competitive runners to people who prefer a slower pace. The run will take place on the 5K certified course through town, following a path that is safe and accessible for all participants.
The race course is paved, has glow zones, color splash spots, street lights, and a few hills for fun.

Northern Lights 5k Glow Run is a fundraiser for Northern Lights Clubhouse, a community of people working toward a common goal of supporting those living with mental illness. Participating in the run can help us provide our clubhouse members with support and encouragement while they pursue recovery.
